Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Sunny Coast Laundry Services.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Services Provided

Sunny Coast Laundry Services provides off-site laundry services for NDIS participants, including pickup, washing, drying, folding and return of laundry, in accordance with the selected service package.

Services are delivered as NDIS Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Living (Household Tasks – Off-Site).

 

2. Eligibility

We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants only.
We do not provide services to NDIA-managed participants at this time.

 

3. Service Packages & Capacity

  • Services are provided on a weekly subscription basis

  • Each package includes a maximum weekly weight allowance

  • Laundry volumes exceeding the package limit may require a package upgrade or may be declined

  • Services are subject to availability and capacity

 

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery days are scheduled and confirmed in advance

  • Participants or carers must ensure laundry is ready at the agreed pickup time

  • Missed pickups due to unavailable laundry or access may result in the service being skipped for that week

 

5. Hygiene & Handling

  • Each participant’s laundry is handled individually

  • We take reasonable care in washing, drying and folding all items

  • Participants are responsible for advising us of any special washing requirements

 

6. Damaged or Unsuitable Items

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear

  • Items that are heavily soiled, contaminated, or unsafe to process may be declined

  • We are not liable for damage to items that are not suitable for machine washing or drying

 

7. Invoicing & Payment

  • Services are invoiced weekly

  • Invoices are issued to the participant or plan manager, as agreed during onboarding

  • Payment terms are 7 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed

 

8. Changes, Pausing or Cancellation

  • Participants may request to pause or cancel services with reasonable notice

  • Short-notice cancellations may still incur a weekly charge

  • Ongoing services may be discontinued by Sunny Coast Laundry Services if capacity, safety or compliance requirements are not met

 

9. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information is used only for the purpose of providing services and managing enquiries.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sunny Coast Laundry Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the provision of services.
